Superb luxury three-room apartment, located in a historic housebound by the Fine Arts, a 5-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the lake. The apartment makes brightness one of its strengths, having a private internal balcony and above all two balconies in the living room that overlook the Church of San Bartolomeo, one of the most important architectural structures.

To complete a large kitchen complete with every equipment, from the Nespresso coffee machine to the oven and a table equipped to be able to have lunch or dinner with friends. The bathroom is private and inside you will find everything you need, including a courtesy kit (shampoo + shower soap) totally made in Italy. At guests' disposal are three private balconies, from which to admire the beauty of the Church of San Bartolomeo. The style is country chic with floral elements and soft colors, its furnishing elements alternate between vintage pieces and design products.

The natural light that envelops each room gives a feeling of calm and serenity, perfect for recovering from a stressful period. The apartment is under the constraint of the Fine Arts, which for some may be considered a defect, for others it is part of the beauty of living in a house from the early 1800s. Some imperfections in the structure, such as uneven walls or parquet left state of the art are part of our philosophy of making a special experience for all our guests.
